Return Policy

Return Policy is part of Bloodo Terms and conditions

Easy Returns at Bloodo:

Please read more in our Terms and Conditions Section 9 and 10. These sections take precedence over the Return Policy with respect to Consumers if the terms and conditions of the sections set more favourable terms and conditions for Consumers than the terms and conditions of this Return Policy.

Changing Your Mind? 

  • Got 14 Days: If you’re not over the moon with our unused Services, you’ve got 14 days to say “no thanks” from the day your goodies arrive.
  • Keep it Sealed: For health and hygiene reasons, make sure the packaging stays sealed if you want to return stuff. Opened or damaged packages? Sorry, but that’s a no-go for returns.

Ordered a Bunch of Stuff?

  • All About Timing: If your order is like a mini-series with different delivery dates, you’ve got 14 days to return things starting from when the last item shows up at your door.

How to Make a Return:

  • Hit Us Up: Want to return something? Just shoot us an email at info@bloodo.com.
  • What to Include: Let us know it’s a return, and don’t forget your name, address, order details, and a way to reach you.

Sending Stuff Back:

  • Condition Matters: Send back the goods just like you got them – unharmed, clean, and in their original wrapping.
  • Where to Send: All returns go to Bloodo EU, UAB, Dariaus ir Gireno str. 32A, LT-02188, Vilnius, Lithuania – and please do it within 14 days of telling us you’re returning.
  • Covering Shipping: Shipping’s on you unless we goofed up and sent you the wrong thing.

Refunds:

  • Full Refund Alert: If all’s good with your return, we’ll give you a full refund.
  • Handling with Care: If the goods got a bit less valuable because they were handled more than needed, we might deduct a bit from your refund.
  • Damaged Packaging: Opened or damaged the packaging? That means no refund, sorry!
  • Refund Process: We’ll pop that refund back the way you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice and immediately upon receiving the returned goods or proof of their shipment.

  • Confirmation Email: We’ll drop you an email once we get your return, with all the refund deets.

Dealing with Oopsies – Defective Goods:

  • Your Rights: Got a defective item? We’ve got remedies for that! But remember, if you knew about the defect or caused it, this doesn’t apply.
  • How to Tell Us: Spot a problem? Email us at info@bloodo.com with the defect details, your order info, contact details, and some snaps or a video showing the issue.
  • Postal Costs on Us: If we’re the reason you’re returning something, we’ll cover standard postal costs (just not those speedy delivery extras).
